Since the No. 1 document of the Central Committee in 2007, the state has proposed to speed up the construction of integrated control and smelting of crop diseases and pests. However, due to the backwardness of plant protection equipment, the construction of integrated control and smelting of plant protection in China has not been on the fast track. China's food security production has had a significant impact, which has attracted the attention of national leaders.

Due to the shortage of rural labor force, land intensive and the rapid development of national economy, the original agricultural production mode has been unable to meet the requirements of food security production in China. The market urgently needs an efficient and fast plant protection tool to ensure food security production. The main reason is that many plant protection UAV manufacturers do not understand the characteristics of agriculture. Emphasis on flying, light skills, light technology training makes pilots have many problems in the process of operation, such as drug damage, heavy spraying and spraying, which has brought harm to farmers, but also to the industry.
